Delete data from Klokkeappen

You can ask MOTH AS to delete results from Klokkeappen’s leaderboard. Email post@moth.no with the subject “Delete leaderboard data: Klokkeappen”.

Include the leaderboard name and avatar you used. An approximate date or score is also helpful. Do not send the child’s full name, a passport, driving licence or other documents that are not needed to find the entry.

We delete the identified leaderboard entries, including the associated name, avatar, score, any time limit and timestamp. Your app store purchase is retained. Local profiles and practice progress on your own device are deleted separately in the app.

Automatic deletion has not been configured. Leaderboard entries are retained until manually deleted. MOTH confirms the handling of your request by email. Any information that must be retained, and for how long, will be explained in the reply.
